Ottawa announces the creation of the Defense Investment Agency: Interview with Stephen Fuhr

Ottawa announced a new government entity today, the Defense Investment Agency, to oversee major military purchases. Stephen Fuhr, the Secretary of State for Defence Procurement, will oversee the agency. CPAC host Michael Serapio received Fuhr to know more about this new agency.
