Yoga for recovery and self-regulation sessions

Tap into the power of community connections, relationships, self-compassion and self-love with the Wellness Centre and TRU Counselling.

Yoga for recovery and self-regulation sessions will take place weekly from 2 – 2:30 p.m. in the Wellness and Inclusion Room (Old Main 1522).

Yoga mats will be provided.
